Change of the company’s name to QUINtec Automatisierungs- und Datentechnik GmbH and an associated expansion of the portfolio on network and data technology services and components.

Opening of a customer office at Daimler Truck Group AG at the transmission and axes factory in Gaggenau. From here, the customer sites Gaggenau, Rastatt, Kuppenheim, and Wörth are looked after.

Founding of QUINtec Energy Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina with the aim to provide energy saving and energy efficiency concepts to the US market.

Start of licensing for the MeteoViva Forecast Control for heating and air-conditioning systems of large commercial properties. Due to the unique, daily optimization, the system reduces energy consumption by up to 44% and increases comfort through precise setting of the desired indoor climate.

The strategic takeover of QUINtec on 01.10.2021 by the ZECH Gruppe creates QUINtec Smart Technology GmbH. This step has laid the foundation for stable growth and the development of sustainable innovations in building and industrial automation.
